The 8th Grade is a relatively new local group playing an absolutely ecstatic and undeniably catchy pop with hints of Ben Folds and Ben Kweller as well as (the now obligatory) Cheap Trick. The lyrics are sly and smart and the tunes are driving and irresitable.
